Ayurveda

The Government of Kerala and The Tourism Department of India awarded Ananda Lakshmi Ayurveda Retreat with the “Green Leaf” certificate, which indicates a high professional standard of Ayurvedic treatments provided by the resort. Highly qualified doctors will determine your body type according to Ayurveda and set up a treatment plan that includes special Ayurvedic diet and detoxifying therapies. Introductory lectures on Ayurveda and Ayurvedic way of life are conducted in the Ayurvedic center of the resort.

Ananda Lakshmi Ayurveda Retreat provides:

High level of hygiene of treatment rooms.
Individual treatment plan formed by doctors during consultation in accordance with patient’s body type and duration of stay.
Tracking the patient’s health condition throughout the course by highly professional medical personnel and doctors.
Daily doctor’s consultations.

Follow-up consultations via the Internet (Skype, emails, etc) for patients who have undergone the Panchakarma course.

Ayurveda packages include:

Body care (3 days) package improves skin condition and helps to get rid of skin problems such as wrinkles, dark circles and acne.

Get to Know Ayurveda package (5 days) comprises basic Ayurveda treatments: Abhyanga, Shirodhara, face packs, yoga and meditation sessions.

Body, Mind and Soul package (7days) includes Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Lepanam, Rejuvenating massage, a special Ayurvedic diet, yoga and meditation classes.

Slimming package (21 days) helps to reduce body weight and remove excess fat. The package includes traditional Ayurvedic treatments, massages and face packs that together with a special Ayurvedic diet and herbal medicines intensify metabolism and balance hormones.

Ananda Lakshmi Panchakarma Special package (14 / 21 / 28 days)

Traditional Ayurvedic panchakarma course includes various treatments: Vasti, Snehapanam, Rejuvenating Massage, Kizhi, steam bath, Pizhichil, Lepanam, Abhyanga and Dhara. It detoxifies and rejuvenates body, intensifies metabolism and immunity. Treatments are combined with yoga sessions, Ayurvedic diet and herbal juices and teas. The plan of the treatment course is compiled by the doctors of the clinic individually.
