Soukya Holistic Ayurveda Resort Bangalore is a family clinic headed by Dr Isaac Mathai, an Ayurvedic physician and world-renowned consultant in holistic health. He is the chairman, managing director and chief physician of the clinic, and his wife is the executive director for organisational matters. Their team also includes consultants, therapists and doctors from various fields of medicine, as well as visiting national and international specialists.

Location of Soukya Holistic
Bangalore, the capital of the state of Karnataka, is in South India. It is known for its healing climate all year round, as it lies 900 metres above sea level. Its lush greenery, with tropical trees in bloom throughout the year, has earned the city the name “the Garden City of India”.
Soukya Holistic resort is in Whitefield, 21 km from the centre of Bangalore — known as “the Silicon Valley of India” — and 50 km from the international airport, and only 7 km from the International Tech Park in Whitefield.

- Panchakarma — recommended for people over 40 for 14–21 days a year, and for people over 60 for 21 days a year. This fivefold cleansing therapy corrects the imbalance of the doshas — vata, pitta and kapha — to preserve their inner equilibrium.

Terms and conditions
- The price of a stay includes vegetarian and organic food, group yoga at the hotel morning and evening, the initial consultation, herbal drinks and dietary consultations, and 24-hour access to doctors in an emergency.
- Laboratory reports, medicines, supplements and additional therapies are charged separately.
- An accompanying person may choose individual treatment.
- When moving from a wellness programme to a medical programme, the medical assessment and the daily medical consultation are charged separately.
- Indian rupee rates apply only to holders of Indian passports.
- Refunds are made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
