The Ayurvedic therapy prescribed by the vaidyas includes various procedures suited to individual conditions and supporting the processes of detoxification. The therapy uses ghee and massage, along with internal and external medicines. Combined with programmes of yoga, meditation and culture, this leads to health and vitality.
And because food is a key factor in Ayurvedic treatment, the chef prepares wholesome food for guests with enthusiasm, using natural and organically grown ingredients. Every dish is made under the guidance of the Ayurvedic doctor according to each guest’s state of health and body type, and is served with love and care — while quietly following the discipline of traditional ritual.

Ayurveda here suits people of every age equally well. Before particular treatments are prescribed, each patient undergoes an individual examination.

Kalari Rasayana is spread over 8 hectares of coconut grove. Guests have 22 rooms with modern conveniences at their disposal, and a clinic with 11 treatment rooms. The Ayurvedic clinic on the hotel grounds has its own pharmacy of natural medicines.

The price includes: accommodation, Ayurvedic treatment, strictly vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as prescribed by the doctor, daily consultations with the Ayurvedic doctor, medicines as prescribed, clothing for the duration of the stay (3 sets of kurta pyjamas), yoga classes (including yoga nidra and karma yoga), meditation, pranayama, satsangs, laundry service and transfer.

Not included: flights, visa, interpreter — 100 euros for 1–2 people per consultation, insurance, personal expenses.
