Overview
Shanthi Lanka Ayurveda is in the city of Galle on the south-western coast of Sri Lanka, in the elegant British-era Villa Jelilo’s, whose history goes back 150 years, just 15 minutes from the city centre.
Galle lies about 100 km from the capital, Colombo. The nearest international airport, Colombo, is 144 km away (about 2.5 hours’ drive).
The beauty of Sri Lanka and the fragrance of exotic herbs and tea plantations make an impression on every guest taking treatment at the Shanthi Lanka Ayurvedic centre. You will also see a stunning sunset here — the sun sets very beautifully straight into the waters of the Indian Ocean.
The food is prepared mainly from vegetables grown in the local gardens.
The hotel has 9 comfortable rooms: 5 of them have two single beds and air conditioning, and 4 have a double bed.
All rooms have Wi-Fi, a fan, a television, a telephone, a mini-bar, wardrobes, a hairdryer, a mosquito net and a terrace for pleasant relaxation.
